From June 9-15, 2024, Best French Forever’s founder and Provence-native, Cynthia Moos, is taking six women on an unforgettable voyage to Provence. 

During this retreat, you will get to discover the beauty of the South of France, live life like a local, nourish your body and soul and truly delight your tastebuds. You will see the world through a new lens, and come back with the mindset and tools to start a new chapter of your life. I cannot wait to witness the beautiful transformations within yourself!

Here is what to expect:

  • An enchanting stay

    Six nights (6/9-6/15) at a privatized estate, Domaine La Parpaille, in the heart of the Luberon, surrounded by vineyards and the magical peace of the French countryside.

    Day trips and exploration of the Luberon valley, the Alpilles, their gorgeous villages and bountiful countryside with a Provence-native. Think olive oil and wine tasting, farmers markets and brocantes, promenade in nature…

About your host, Cynthia

Bonjour ! My name is Cynthia, I’m a Colorado-based entrepreneur and the founder of Best French Forever. I was born and raised in a small village of Provence where I lived for most of my life. It’s only when I moved to the US ten years ago to live with my American lover (now-husband) that I realized how fortunate I had been to grow up in that region.

In 2021, to stay connected with my roots, I launched a subscription box service and custom gift company to bring artisan-made gems from Provence to American Francophiles.

Today, I create custom itineraries for people wanting to travel to Provence and am starting to take women to my home region to discover its wonders and learn the principles of the French art de vivre.

As my business evolves, my mission remains the same: to inspire women to curate a life they love, and infuse touches of the French lifestyle into their everyday.

I cannot wait to see you find quiet and peace within yourself, and discover the beauty in the simplicity of everyday life.

PRICING

$5,000 $3,500

THIS INCLUDES:

  • Accommodation for six nights in the privatized estate of Domaine La Parpaille, with individual rooms for each participant

  • All meals on the property prepared by our on-site host

  • Transportation to and from Avignon train station or Marseille airport for pick-up and return

  • All creative workshops and activities mentioned in the itinerary (unless noted “extra”)

  • Transportation in an air-conditioned carrier for all excursions off-property

  • A personalized gift curated by Cynthia

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

  • Airfare to France and train tickets

  • Transportation locally, to and from train station/airport if you choose to stay longer

  • All meals outside of those planned in the itinerary

  • All additional alcohol (except provided by retreat)

  • Taxis for any evenings spent away from retreat provided dinner. 

  • All personal purchases made during trip

  • Cost of shipping any goods/purchases back to your country of residence

  • Travel Insurance

The retreat will run from Sunday 4pm through Saturday 10am, six nights accommodation and five full days.

Once your application is approved, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be due within five days to confirm your place. The balance of your fee can be made in full or through a two-payment option plan prior to the start of the retreat. All payments including deposit will be paid by wire transfer. (I will share all these details once your application is approved.)

  • In order to guarantee an harmonious experience and meaningful connections between the participants, we ask a few questions that will help us confirm that our offering aligns with your expectations.

  • Yes, each participant will have their own private room with air-conditioning and attached bathroom.

  • Yes, this retreat has been curated for women specifically. We see it as an opportunity to delve deeper into who we are and what we want out of life and connect with our femininity with the support of other like-minded women.

  • Based on the participants, the retreat will be mostly in English (so no one feels left out or put on the spot!) and I will happily speak/teach some French to those interested in practicing and improving, at specific moments of the retreat.

  • After your application is approved, you will receive a detailed itinerary along with a little surprise.

    What we can say is that the program will be a good balance of discovery of the region and slow life at the estate. It will be your decision to join all or some activities, whatever feels good to your soul!

  • We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit, then you may pay the remaining balance in one or two-time payments. We accept payments via credit card or wire.

    We will send the information via email once your application is approved.

  • Your initial 25% deposit is non-refundable as it will help us book the estate and activities.

    If you decide to cancel after the balance is charged but have someone to take your space, we can refund the balance and a 200€ restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

    In case of unforeseen events, illness, accidents or travel delays causing you to miss the retreat, we will be unable to refund your payments. We thank you kindly for understanding this policy and strongly encourage you to get travel insurance.
